So ever since the great allergic reaction of January 2016, it seems like I have been on a quest to find not only the best skincare products, but also the ones that work really well with my newly sensitive and reactive skin. It has not been easy and at times it’s been a downright painful experience. Virtually every skincare item I used to be able to count on has let me down and I found myself throwing away every product I owned. This new tempermental skin of mine had me going back to the drawing board and trying out product after product to try to restore some semblance of normalcy to this skin of mine. During all of this testing, one of the trickiest parts has been trying to figure out cleansers that would not only work for me, but also not irritate my skin and cause further reactions. There have been a few that have done an alright job, but who wants to settle for just alright when it comes to their skin? Certainly not me that’s for sure. Well enter the Tatcha Polished Classic Rice Enzyme Powder ($65 USD/$78 CAD) and I may have very well found myself a winner in the skin cleanser category.
