Now as much as I’m loving the nice weather lately, nice weather for me, means headache’s galore. This year it seems that I am lucky if I go more than two days without a headache and I can pretty much count on a migraine at least twice a month. The near constant headaches are not fun, and as I’ve been dealing with them for so many years now, traditional medicine isn’t working for me anymore. This is where the SajeHeadache Relief Kit ($36.95 CAD) comes in because now that pills don’t work, this is kit, is the only thing that tackles my headaches; apart from a visit to the emergency room. So let’s go ahead and breakdown this little kit of awesomeness.
Saje Peppermint Halo Oil (6 ml)
Up first, we have the all important Saje Peppermint Halo Oil ($26.95 CAD). I was such a skeptic when this was first recommended to me. Now, I cannot live without it. The oil found in the kit is a travel size version which you only find included in various kits. You can purchase the full-sized version of the Saje Peppermint Halo Oil (10 ml), which even with my frequent headaches lasts me several months. The very cool thing about the Saje Peppermint Halo Oil is that no matter what size it comes in, it can be used as a roll on or you can use it as a dropper and place the oil in your favourite Nebulizer. I always have the Saje Peppermint Halo Oil on me and I can simply roll-it on my forehead and pressure points when I am battling a headache. And with the option to be used in dropper format, when I’m travelling, I use it at night in my Nebulizer in my hotel room. If you’ve never tried the Saje Peppermint Halo Oil before, drop by your local Saje store and try it out. You will be amazed at just how fast it starts to work. You will literally feel the tension bleed right out of you.
Saje Peppermint Halo Wand (12 ml)
Now while I’m a huge, huge fan of the Saje Peppermint Halo Oil, I had never really paid attention to the Saje Peppermint Halo Wand ($26.95 CAD), which is pretty silly when you think about it. The Saje Peppermint Halo Wand does the exact same thing as the Saje Peppermint Halo Oil. The difference is that the Saje Peppermint Halo Wand is so good to use on pressure points, particularly on your head and through your hair. It’s funny how using the Saje Peppermint Halo Wand on your pressure points really makes such a huge difference.
Saje Stress Release Tension Reducing Mist (30 ml)
Last, but surely not least we have the Saje Stress Release Tension Reducing Mist ($19.95 CAD for 100 ml). This is another product that I just can’t live without. While it comes in many different forms, my absolute favourite incarnation is the Saje Stress Release Tension Reducing Mist. This is so handy, especially at night, where you just spray it on your pillow and let it help relax you. This travel size version is so handy to take with you when you travel or even just day-to-day. I keep mine with me which may be a bad thing as I regularly have to refrain from spraying my students.
So if you are like me and suffer from headaches, make sure you check out the Saje Headache Relief Kit. While you can purchase each product included in the kit individually, this little kit comes in handy for those of you that are always on the go. You can order it online directly from Saje.ca or pick on up at your local Saje location for $36.95 CAD.Press Sample/Affiliate Links
